We are a group of construction professionals and technologists who have collaborated to help the industry reach its full potential. Between us, we have worked on large railway, metro, freight corridor and cross-border EPC projects, across contract administration, planning, claims, dispute boards and arbitration.

We have seen where projects lose time and money: notices sent late, programmes that drift from the contract, and evidence buried in thousands of letters and emails. So we built tools to do the work that people cannot do by hand, and we deliver them on subscription so any team can use them.

How does the subscription work?

You subscribe per project or per team. The subscription covers setup, integration, training, support and updates. The price is agreed after we understand your requirement.

Where is our data kept?

PMC Platform can be self-hosted on infrastructure you control, with secrets encrypted at rest. Patravali runs on your own Windows machine. An NDA covers every engagement.

Will it fit our existing process?

That is the starting point. We study how your teams work, then configure the tools around that process and connect them to the drives and systems you already use.

Which contract forms does it handle?

FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Books and their adaptations, government EPC and item-rate contracts, and sub-contracts on those packages.

Can we see a demo first?
